Sleepy Hollow

:: Sleepy Hollow was a subdivision of lots started back in the 1940s. People would acquire the lots and build custom homes. One enters the community through two rock gates. The homes vary from older ranch style designs to very modern estate homes. Lot sizes range from a quarter to half acre to acreage sites. The homes range in size from 1700-1800 square feet to several thousand square feet. This community is one of the most exclusive areas of Orinda. People are drawn to it due to the fabulous school system, to close proximity to San Francisco, and the quiet, sunny community accessed by driving through the fairways of the Orinda Country Club Golf Course.
